Role OverviewThis is a hybrid role combining hands-on switching and network support with desktop/endpoint administration. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the stack — from configuring VLANs and port security on Cisco switches to imaging endpoints and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 clients — while delivering responsive, professional customer support to end users.
What You Will Do
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco switches running IOS-XE and NX-OS, implement and manage port security, support enterprise network fundamentals, support and help maintain VDI / thin-client infrastructure, perform endpoint imaging and deployment, administer Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoints, execute patch management, and use CLI and administrative tooling.

The ideal candidate has 15 years of system administration experience, 5+ years of combined experience in network administration, 10+ years of experience administering the customer's classified VDI / thin-client desktop platform, and 10+ years of experience in Windows 10 and/or Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting.

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- 15 years of system administration experience
- 5+ years of combined experience in network administration

- 10+ years of experience in Windows 10 and/or Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting
- Active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance
