Job Description
Lantheus is seeking a Senior Systems Architect to lead the company's modern infrastructure evolution. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on hybrid infrastructure environments. They will design and optimize infrastructure, govern collaboration platforms, architect identity infrastructure, and pioneer AI orchestration initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in systems architecture
  • Deep expertise in virtualization technologies, including VMware vSphere/ESXi administration and Nutanix AHV/AOS
  • Comprehensive Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and eDiscovery
  • Unified communications expertise across enterprise collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams
  • Identity and access management authority, with hands-on experience implementing Okta and SAML 2.0
  • Endpoint management expertise spanning Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Tanium
  • AI and automation fluency, with experience leveraging AI orchestration tools and scripting languages
  • Security-minded architecture approach, with demonstrated experience partnering with security teams
  • Financial acumen for technology investments, with a track record of identifying cost optimization opportunities
  • MSP and vendor management experience, with a proven ability to establish SLAs and drive continuous improvement
  • Exceptional communication and partnership skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
