Role Overview

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will design, develop, and execute test plans for EO systems and components, focusing on evaluating performance, quality, and reliability in both laboratory and production environments. You will work on complex system development efforts, analyzing test data, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with design, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams.

What You Will Do

Work effectively in a team environment, create and decompose requirements, support system performance analysis, integration, and testing activities, conduct testing of optical, electrical, and integrated systems, and communicate technical information to program management, functional teams, vendors, and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience with systems engineering experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
