Role OverviewJoin our team as a Senior Systems Engineer supporting DIA's National Digital Exploitation and OSINT Center (NDOC) under our 10-year DOMEX Technology Platform (DTP) contract. As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects, and Government counterparts on key tasks such as technical support, coordination, and execution of systems engineering activities.
What You Will Do
Perform systems engineering tasks within time-boxed sprints and releases, support sprint and release planning activities, and create and/or input to work tickets. Manage a scrum team performing development activities across microservices and support system architectures.

Requirements
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- 12+ years in software development, system engineering or related field
- Active Top Secret//SCI security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
- Experience with creating design packages and workflows
- Experience in writing technical solutions and whitepapers
- Experience implementing key Agile processes and techniques
- Experience with facilitating scrum for the team
- Experience with Gitlab (workflow), JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with a MBSE approach and tools or experience with framework/approach like MBSE
