Role OverviewJoin our Systems Engineering team to develop complex electronic surveillance systems for commercial and government customers. This role is critical to successfully developing products and executing projects to achieve Saab’s vision – It’s a human right to feel safe.
What You Will Do
Lead technical investigation and top-level design for new feature development and change requests from both internal and external stakeholders. Develop and maintain specifications and technical documentation to support customer deliverables and internal systems engineering processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent
- 7+ years of relevant experience in safety-critical industries
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with electromechanical and/or embedded software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with requirements management, system design, and system integration
- Excellent written and oral communication and collaboration skills
