Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Systems Engineer to support our Huntsville, AL location. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with MBSE tools and is interested in utilizing those tools to help move the agency away from document-driven engineering.
What You Will Do
Assist with capturing and developing new system models to become the backbone for how MDA will approach future engineering efforts. Leverage your skills with a variety of MBSE tools. Coordinate with internal, and external teams to collaborate on models.

Must be a U.S. Citizen. An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience
- Strong Model-based engineering experience
- Ability to excel in a team setting
- Experience with Interface or Interoperability engineering domains
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required
