Role OverviewThis position resides within All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. The selected candidate will be part of the team responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and technical readiness of the program and facility equipment. Provides technical expertise in support of 24/7/365 watch-standing duties; manages all program systems, equipment, and components.
What You Will Do
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyzes are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a background in Electronic Maintenance, Information Systems or Telecommunication disciplines, with experience in Safety Procedures when working with electronic equipment. They should be able to identify and correct emergent problems involving technical and/or facility-related equipment, systems, and components.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's in a related field
- 3 years of relevant experience with a master's in a related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years of relevant experience
- TS/SCI clearance
- Must be able to obtain/maintain base access credentials
- Must be a U.S. citizen
