Role OverviewThe Sr. Systems Engineer will support a contract for personnel and readiness employing significant and complex military or defense-related systems developed, managed, and/or utilized by the United States Department of Defense (DoD). The role requires providing hardware/software gap analysis, identifying design assurance levels, and supporting requirements reviews, development reviews, and verification reviews.
What You Will Do
The Sr. Systems Engineer will provide development and management of program requirements, general engineering support, safety risk management support, and technical analysis and support of system development and integration efforts. They will also participate in technical meetings and design reviews, develop required enterprise architecture products, and provide safety risk management in support of the Safety Management System (SMS) activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in systems engineering
- Familiarity with configuration management, requirements analysis, development and management, and quality assurance
- Strong technical writing experience
- Ability to listen to clients' challenges and proactively help them solve problems and follow through on actions
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to support multiple activities and meet deadlines
