Role OverviewSupport DIA's National Digital Exploitation and OSINT Center (NDOC) as a Senior Systems Engineer, performing and managing systems engineering tasks, including requirements analysis, system design, integration, testing, and documentation.
What You Will Do
Perform systems engineering activities, execute tasks within Agile sprints, support Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches, define processes, and manage a scrum team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years in software development, systems engineering, or related field
- Experience creating design packages and workflows
- Experience writing technical solutions and whitepapers
- Experience implementing Agile processes and techniques
- Experience facilitating scrum activities
- Experience with Gitlab workflow, JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with MBSE approaches and tools or experience with similar frameworks
