Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience with network maintenance/troubleshooting, analysis, management, and support
- Proficient with network standards, including DNS, 10Base-T, 100Base-T, 1000Base-T, Ethernet, SNMP, TCP-IP, SMTP, and network media
- Proficient with network hardware, routers, managed switches, wireless access points, and other network appliances
- Proficient with multi-platform computer hardware and software, including VMWare and MDM solutions
- Cisco Certified Network Associate certification or equivalent certifications or experience
