Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company that aims to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. The company is looking for a Senior Systems Sustainment Engineer, Maritime, to join their rapidly growing team in Quincy, MA. In this role, the candidate will own and drive all aspects of sustainment, focusing on maintenance planning, technical data, sparing, and lifecycle management of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs).

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive, ground-up sustainment plans for AUVs, UUVs, & USVs
  • Partner with customers, operations teams, and engineering teams to define and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies
  • Ensure the availability of up-to-date maintenance procedures, tools, and technical manuals to support sustainment operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all sustainment-related matters within the product team
  • Collaborate with engineering teams during new product development to integrate best sustainment practices early in the design process
  • Create and maintain a service bill of materials (SBOM) to establish a central, up-to-date repository for sustainment artifacts
