Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

Requirements

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, consulting on role design, offer negotiation, and close
• Partner with internal clients and leaders to shape hiring strategies, build pipelines, and drive timely decisions
• Proactively source and assess candidates using digital tools, referrals, and market intelligence
• Guide interview teams, facilitate debriefs, and ensure a consistent, high-quality hiring experience
