Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition role to join a team in Boston, MA. The Sr. TA will provide employment and recruitment services, build partnerships with management, and develop recruiting strategies. The role involves managing the applicant experience, creating cost-effective marketing strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Requirements

  • Associates degree required, Bachelor’s preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of high volume IT recruiting experience
  • Familiarity with Epic required
  • Experience recruiting for a hospital is highly desired
  • Prior experience utilizing an applicant tracking system is required
  • Experience with online and Internet recruiting a must
  • Experience with an HRIS system such as SAP or Lawson is a plus
  • Previous experience working in a unionized environment is a plus
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook
