Job Description
HackerRank is a company that helps companies hire developers based on their skills vs. pedigree, and also nurtures a community of millions of developers to upskill themselves to become next-gen developers. The company is looking for a Senior Go-To-Market TA Partner to accelerate GTM hiring out of their Santa Clara office.
Requirements
7-8 years of experience hiring for go-to-market, revenue, or customer-facing roles in tech or SaaS
Deeply familiar with modern GTM motions and metrics
Strong hiring judgment and ability to assess GTM talent
Credible GTM storyteller
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
