Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You Will Do

Own the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across Sea Logistics, Air Logistics, and Road Logistics, with a strong focus on Air Logistics. Recruit across operational, customer-facing, commercial, and leadership positions, including Customer Care, Operational Care, Gateway Operations, Pricing, Sales, Key Account Management, and other logistics functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting within logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain, or a related industry preferred
• Knowledge of Air, Sea, and/or Road Logistics operations is strongly preferred
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify both active and passive talent
• Experience recruiting across multiple levels, from specialist and operational roles through management and leadership positions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach to working with hiring managers
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting technology
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering results
