Job Description
Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver against the organization’s recruiting needs. Build relationships with leaders, hiring managers, and People Team partners to identify talent that meets requirements and supports our company's strategic plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of experience sourcing candidates for multiple roles simultaneously using a variety of recruitment tools
  • Previous sourcing experience with focus on passive and active candidate generation preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment or RPO preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
