What You Will Do

Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to turn enterprise talent strategies into practical actions that support business goals. Help leaders identify talent, leadership, and team effectiveness needs and recommend strategies to strengthen capability and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in talent development, leadership development, talent management, organizational development, Human Resources consulting, or related disciplines
  • Ability to consult effectively with leaders, Human Resources Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to diagnose business needs and recommend talent solutions
  • Strong knowledge of leadership development, talent management, succession planning, talent planning, team effectiveness, and organizational capability-building practices
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders across multiple levels of the organization
  • Strong facilitation, communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to interpret talent insights, assessments, feedback, and organizational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Strong understanding of manager effectiveness, leadership capability, team effectiveness, change readiness, and successor development practices
  • Ability to apply enterprise frameworks and methodologies to address business-specific capability needs
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consulting engagements in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to connect talent and development strategies to measurable business outcomes
  • High degree of judgment, credibility, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive talent information
