Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Development Specialist to lead and execute early talent programs and hiring initiatives across the United States.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 years of professional recruiting experience, including direct campus and internship recruitment.
  • 2-4 years of experience planning, coordinating, and executing high volume internal employee development programs, early careers/internship program strongly preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and college recruitment platforms, Taleo and Handshake preferred
  • Experience with delivering and analyzing program KPIs to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in office full-time based in Arlington, TX.
