Role OverviewThe Senior Talent Director, Enterprise Functions will drive an enterprise-wide talent strategy that builds a strong, diverse, and future-ready pipeline of executive leaders across J&J Enterprise Functions. This leader will support development of world-class, global leaders and pipeline talent; accurate identification of high potential & promotable talent; and will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR partners to ensure succession strength, acceleration of leader readiness, and enhanced executive talent decisions.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leveraging talent data and insights to develop the vision, talent strategy, and execution plans for building a robust pipeline of global, enterprise function leaders; building and enhancing the pipeline through talent solutions; managing the enterprise functions' critical talent pools; and assessing and developing both qualitative and quantitative assessment on talent in the sector.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience as a Human Resources professional with progressive business experience in Human Resources and talent management, leadership development, or organizational development. They must be experienced in Talent Assessment and have multi-country experience or multisector/industry experiences.

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related area of focus

Benefits
- Base pay range: $178,000.00 - $307,050.00
