Job Description
The Senior Talent Mobility Analyst will play a central role in delivering a world-class mobility and US immigration experience for EA's employees across the United States. The role involves managing US immigration cases, employee experience, process management, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

  • US Immigration Case Management: Manage end-to-end US work authorization and immigration matters
  • Employee Experience: Deliver empathetic support for employees and their families
  • Process Management & Continuous Improvement: Develop and refine standardized processes for US immigration and employee mobility
  • Compliance & Reporting: Monitor federal and state regulatory updates and maintain accurate records
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, leaders, and cross-functional partners
