  • Builds and governs scalable sourcing frameworks that improve efficiency, quality of hire, and strong talent outcomes.
  • Requires strong research, data analysis, and communication skills.
  • Requires experience with social media recruiting and networking.
  • Requires proficiency with ATS and sourcing software.
  • Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
