Role OverviewWe are seeking a senior level Targeting Analyst to provide analysis of multi-INT data to develop comprehensive and accurate identity intelligence on behalf of a national-level customer. The analyst will evaluate diverse datasets and produce specialized targeting products and briefings for a variety of stakeholders, including internal and external partners as well as senior policymakers.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will integrate and analyze disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to uncover patterns and trends, developing actionable intelligence to inform and disrupt. They will also develop, coordinate, incorporate feedback within, and deliver all-source intelligence products, targeting products, and/or briefings.

Requirements
- Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
- Master’s degree and 6+ years
- PhD and 3+ years
- 4 years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Experience with analytic methodologies and tradecraft
- Familiarity with the use of visual analysis tools
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences

- Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000
- Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus
