Role OverviewThe Senior Tax Analyst will support the overall Tax Department, including SEC Tax Reporting, Tax Compliance, and Tax Planning Functions. The role will team with the tax and financial reporting teams, and oversee Tax Receivable Agreement calculations. The position will also support the company's M&A activity and integration, and participate in business development projects.
What You Will Do
The Senior Tax Analyst will prepare and review calculations and related financial statement disclosures, document significant positions and book-to-tax differences, and assist in strategic tax planning initiatives. The role will also prepare flux analyses and design standard reports for quarterly financial highlights presented to the board of directors.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of experience in tax planning and compliance
- CPA certification
- Experience with OneSource Tax Provision and OneSource Income Tax
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate with other departments and external consultants
