Role OverviewPerform US state/local income and franchise compliance for the consolidated group. Provide support for tax audits, special projects, tax risk analysis, forecasts, other financial reporting requirements and federal tax compliance.
What You Will Do
Prepare and review state and local income tax and franchise tax returns, assist in audits and dispute resolution, prepare tax forecasts, and perform federal tax compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (accredited school) with emphasis in Accounting, Finance or Law
- Master of Science in Taxation or LLM in Tax preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
- 5+ years of experience with a Big 4 or regional accounting firm and/or corporate tax department
- Knowledge of US tax law and tax compliance processes
- Analytical and computer/technology skills for tax research
- Ability to evaluate financial statement data, collect data, establish facts, identify trends, and knowledge of accounting transactions and internal controls
