Nichols Cauley is a leading financial services platform that offers a dynamic environment for innovation and teamwork. The Senior Tax Manager will lead tax compliance, planning, and consulting engagements for clients, manage a team of tax professionals, and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
  • Master’s in Taxation or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Active CPA license required
  • 5 -7 years of progressive tax experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role in public accounting
  • Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws
  • Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CCH Axcess or similar platforms a plus
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
