Requirements

  • Seasoned proficiency in project management principles and tools
  • Seasoned knowledge of network cabling standards, copper, and fiber optic cabling systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Stays updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Developing ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Ability to deal with challenging situations effectively, coupled with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Preferred certifications, such as BICSI RCDD, Cisco CCNA preferred
  • Seasoned experience gained within a similar role and similar IT services organization
  • Seasoned experience in network cabling installation
  • Developing experience in managing field cabling installation engineers
