Job Description
The Senior Production Team Leader will manage a production area by leading and coordinating operational activities for EH&S, quality, cost/productivity. They will perform operational, administrative, and logistical activities in support of the manufacturing of Stepan products and provide supervisory level leadership to indirect reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ Years experience in Manufacturing/Chemical Industry
  • 5+ Years of Supervisory experience
  • Developed communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to facilitate troubleshooting efforts and has solid comprehension of chemical processes and unit operations
