Job Description
Labcorp is seeking a remote Senior Team Manager, Global Client Delivery, to join our Central Labs Services team in US. The role will manage and supervise a team of client members, grow and develop the Project Management team, and ensure the seamless integration of services.

Requirements

  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned client team members
  • Grow and develop the Project Management team
  • Ensure management of study milestones and proactive communication with clients
  • Monitor and track resolution of all client escalations, issues, and concerns
