Job Description
TikTok is seeking a Software Development Engineer specializing in Network Monitoring & Alerts to monitor data center network status, identify faults, and enhance network availability and efficiency. This role involves developing and improving network monitoring services, creating alert systems, and providing troubleshooting analysis. The team is responsible for designing and operating the global intelligent network infrastructure to meet high availability and performance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master's/Ph.D. preferred)
  • Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python
  • 5 years hands-on experience in network monitoring and alarm systems
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols and TCP/IP stack
