Role Overview

Serve as outage manager/crisis manager/incident manager/problem manager to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and continuous availability of technical services across multiple technical organizations, enabling uninterrupted business operations for end users.

What You Will Do

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Service Availability and Performance, Incident, Problem, and Change Management, Configuration and Capacity Management, Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication, Service Levels, Reporting, and Compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science
  • 3+ years of related experience
