Role Overview

The Senior Technical Assistance Specialist will provide client-centered technical support and training to support the Health Equity Alliance of Long Island (HEALI) mission. This role is responsible for ensuring successful participation and performance of network organizations through training delivery and targeted technical assistance provision.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include providing in-person and virtual technical assistance and training support to optimize service integration and delivery across a network of CBOs and healthcare organizations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and establishing strong relationships with community stakeholders and network partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Valid NYS driver's license
  • 3-5 years of project management, capacity building, training delivery, technical assistance, or quality improvement experience
  • Experience working with Unite Us platform or similar referral and care management tools
  • Prior experience in issues related to healthcare, social services, health equity, access, and quality
