Role OverviewThis is a 100% on-site position in Woodlawn, MD, where the selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance. The candidate will analyze business processes, define and document system requirements, and write complex SQL queries. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate meetings, and share information. The candidate will also write clear, concise, and actionable user stories that accurately capture stakeholder requirements.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, defining and documenting system requirements, writing complex SQL queries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The candidate will also conduct manual testing, identify data anomalies, and recommend effective solutions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in an Agile methodology, knowledge of creating and maintaining Data Flow Diagrams and developing Use Cases, and experience with manual testing and Backend DB testing. They will also have good communication and technical writing skills, as well as the ability to mentor others.
Requirements
- Master's degree and 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience
- 13+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Proficient in defining system documentation requirements
- Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test execution
- Strong experience working in an Agile methodology
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and CMMI Level 3 Methodologies
