Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Designer to join our Retail Practice. The role involves working with the project team to complete design, documentation, and construction of projects, leading technical execution of Retail projects, and mentoring and directing the design work of Teammates.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience in preparing construction documentation
  • Partnering with Project Manager in overall project delivery
  • Participating in design charrettes and project team meetings
  • Mentoring and directing design work of Teammates
  • Fostering a commitment to external and internal client service
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with consultants, contractors, and jurisdictional/approval agencies
