Job Description
Under limited direction, the SR Tech Writer leads tasks related to documenting and developing detailed operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures, checklists, technical specifications, service bulletins, training materials, and reports.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a technical or mechanical field or equivalent work experience required
  • 2–4 years of experience writing complex technical documents preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting experience on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as OBD II, CAT ET, Allison DOC, Bendix Diagnostic, Dearborn, WABCO Toolbox, or other OEM tools
