Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Enablement Manager to help our partners become technically capable of building, demoing, and delivering high-quality AI Agents on the Cognigy platform. This role involves hands-on technical enablement, supporting partner onboarding and ongoing technical readiness, and delivering technical enablement sessions and workshops.

Requirements

  • Strong JavaScript coding and debugging skills
  • Experience working with APIs and integrations in real-world implementations
  • Practical experience using context variables and conversation logic within Cognigy
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
