Role OverviewLead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, managing global delivery teams, governance, stakeholder alignment, risks, timelines, budget, quality, deployment, and business adoption across enterprise implementation initiatives.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and transformation programs. Manage project scope, milestones, budgets, resources, RAID, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting. Coordinate SAP functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, cutover, change, and hypercare teams. Drive stakeholder alignment, solution validation, deployment readiness, PMO compliance, and business adoption.
Why It Might Be a Fit
16–20 years of IT/ERP delivery experience with 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations. Strong SAP Activate, implementation lifecycle, governance, project planning, RAID, and executive reporting experience. Experience managing onsite-offshore teams, system integrators, SAP consultants, and business stakeholders. Strong knowledge of SAP testing, cutover, deployment, data migration, integrations, and hypercare.
Requirements

- PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate Project Manager, Agile, or Scrum certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline; MBA preferred
