Role OverviewThe Senior Technical Pattern Developer leads upholstery pattern development for new product introductions, ensuring designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and production-ready. This role collaborates with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Design teams to develop accurate patterns, improve product construction, optimize manufacturing processes, and support product development from concept through production.
What You Will Do
Establish and maintain pattern development standards, workflows, and documentation. Lead upholstery pattern development for new product launches. Review product designs and recommend Design for Manufacturing (DFM) improvements.

- Ability to interpret sketches, CAD drawings, and 3D models into production-ready patterns
