Job Description
We're hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to own and drive the technical product roadmap at Sully.ai, a healthcare AI company that aims to revolutionize the antiquated $800B+ market. The role requires a former SaaS/AI founder or operator with experience in SaaS, AI, or healthtech, and a proven track record of cross-functional execution with engineering, ML, and customer teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager owning end-to-end delivery of complex software or AI/ML products
  • Hands-on experience in SaaS, AI, or healthtech with familiarity in FHIR/HL7 integrations and HIPAA-aligned PHI handling
  • Proven cross-functional execution with engineering, ML/NLP, data, design, and customer teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent technical field
