Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate global delivery of a large-scale enterprise security program across distributed teams in the US, EU, LatAm, and India.
What You Will Do
- Global Coordination: Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods to ensure seamless 24×7 progression; - Workstream Alignment: Track the delivery of discrete milestones, from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation; - Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively resolve blockers spanning technical, operational, and resourcing domains; - Governance & Reporting: Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion.

Requirements
- Authorized to work for ANY employer in the US
- 5+ years managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT or Cybersecurity programs
- Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks within heavily regulated environments
- Capable of independently managing teams across multiple products/projects
- Upper-intermediate English level
