Role OverviewOwn delivery for the organization's most complex and highest-risk programs, frequently spanning multiple pods or tribes simultaneously. Drive forecasting, dependency management, and accountability across teams. Partner with Directors and VPs on sequencing trade-offs and provide escalation support.
What You Will Do
End-to-end delivery, master timelines, cross-tribe dependency mapping, release forecasts, risk registers, program reviews, and direct accountability conversations.

Requirements
- 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager (or equivalent technical project/program management role) inside a software engineering organization
- Strong technical fluency
- Demonstrated experience building, defending, and improving data-driven forecasting models
- Advanced fluency in Jira and Confluence
- Experience operating in agile and/or hybrid delivery models
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience influencing and informing roadmap sequencing or trade-off decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
