Job Description
The Technical Project Manager role at CapTech is a multi-faceted position that requires the ability to adapt and perform in a wide variety of technology-driven project environments. The role involves serving as a delivery lead for cross-functional teams, implementing best practices, and developing integrated project plans and/or roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in both agile and traditional project or program management roles
  • Demonstrated track record of successful management of large and complex technology projects
  • Experience in successfully facilitating stakeholder discussions and driving towards specific outcomes
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project or program management role, preferably with full agile development life cycle experience
  • Excellent communication skills, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficient at managing and leading diverse teams made up of people with a variety of technical skills and backgrounds, in different locations (i.e., remote and/or on-site), and from different organizations (i.e., CapTechers, client employees, and/or other vendors)
