Job Description
We are looking for a senior Project Manager to manage and ensure successful, on-time, on-budget delivery of engineering solutions. This successful individual should be proactive, accountable and able to navigate ambiguity while driving the process across teams and priorities.

Requirements

  • Strong collaboration and management across software, systems, autonomy, hardware, operations, and testing teams
  • Management of direct labor, profit, and earned value across project timelines
  • Management of project financials, including tracking, forecasting, and reporting of project financial status
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and accelerate cross-team projects spanning multiple functional teams
  • Experience with software development lifecycles, delivery, and integration cycle
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, software configuration tools, and management systems
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience with medium to large projects
  • Ability to identify gaps, remove obstacles, prioritize, multitask, work within deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor junior team members
