Role OverviewThis is an exciting role in an innovative, high-growth defense technology company. As a Technical Project Manager, you will work closely with talented engineering and operations teams, leading research and development projects from initial planning through delivery of first-article solutions.
What You Will Do
Act as the bridge between ETO and other department stakeholders for one or multiple efforts, ensure teams are aligned on goals and timelines, create and own agile/hybrid project plans, and track the delivery of technical features.

Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering or a related technical field
- minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
- experience with the deployment and integration of hardware and software systems
- experience with building, leading, and developing small teams of engineers
- prior systems engineering or software integration experience
- prior experience hosting and leading both technical and non-technical reviews with cross-functional audiences
- prior experience building and managing project assets like schedules, budgets, and risk registers
