Job Description
Arch is hiring a Technical Recruiter to help build the engineering, product, and technical teams that power our growth. You'll partner closely with leaders across Engineering, Product, Data, and Infrastructure to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent in a highly competitive market.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience hiring for technical roles in-house at a fast-growing startup.
  • Proven success recruiting software engineers and other technical talent across a range of seniority levels.
  • Strong sourcing skills and a track record of building pipelines for difficult-to-fill technical roles.
  • Ability to develop credibility and strong partnerships with engineering leaders and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience influencing hiring decisions through data and sound judgment.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
