Role OverviewEon is looking for a hands-on Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team and own hiring across Eon's technical and customer-facing organizations.
What You Will Do
Own the full recruiting cycle for technical and customer-facing roles, source and engage highly sought-after technical talent, conduct recruiter screens, and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical and/or customer-facing technical roles
- Experience recruiting FDEs, Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Technical Customer Success, or similar profiles
- Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple searches in a fast-moving environment
- A hands-on, ownership-oriented mindset and willingness to operate in ambiguity
- Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company is a strong plus
