Job Description
Kaizen Approach is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their back-office team. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for specialized technical roles within cybersecurity, engineering, and IT, supporting both Prime and Subcontract programs. The recruiter will contribute to talent marketing, employer branding, and diversity outreach.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably with cleared roles in defense, IC, or cybersecurity
Strong understanding of government contracting environments
Expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ClearanceJobs
Proficiency in Office365 and Microsoft Office tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience creating compliant program documentation
