Kaizen Approach is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their back-office team. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for specialized technical roles within cybersecurity, engineering, and IT, supporting both Prime and Subcontract programs. The recruiter will contribute to talent marketing, employer branding, and diversity outreach.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably with cleared roles in defense, IC, or cybersecurity
  • Strong understanding of government contracting environments
  • Expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ClearanceJobs
  • Proficiency in Office365 and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience creating compliant program documentation
