Role OverviewWe are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to develop new and strengthen existing client relationships throughout Northern California. This position will be based out of our San Francisco office, but a remote working situation will be considered. As a Business Development Manager for Tstrata Strengthening Solutions, you will be accountable for bringing our structural concrete strengthening capabilities to the greater San Francisco market.
What You Will Do
Support Tstrata Strengthening Solutions and Construction divisions by performing sales functions on high-value projects and client relationship development to meet financial goals. Give presentations to potential clients on our Strengthening solutions and work with Construction divisions to follow up on feedback and inquiries that arise from presentations.

Successful candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this exciting opportunity: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum 5 years of previous engineering, construction and/or technical sales experience.
