Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing experience within an Advanced Technology organization
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- History of finding potential candidates on social media and professional networks
- Expertise in sourcing talent focused on research skills through X-Ray searches of research publication sites, conferences, etc.
- Candidates with experience sourcing in AI/ML Research and Leadership/Executive roles in Consumer Electronics/Software Technology as a mandatory skill set
- Candidates with sourcing experience for robotics-related roles
- Experience in Research roles in Tech, especially around AI/ML/Computer Vision type of areas
- Expertise in crafting and sending recruiting emails
- Experience coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements
- Experience working on innovative technology sourcing positions
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
