Role OverviewThe Technical Supervisor leads and develops maintenance personnel responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and supporting bakery production and facility equipment. This position directs shift maintenance activities, responds to equipment and operational issues, and partners closely with Production, Quality, Sanitation, and Safety to support equipment reliability, food safety, product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Supervise, direct, coach, and develop maintenance personnel during the assigned shift. Assign and prioritize work to support production requirements and respond effectively to equipment failures and operational emergencies.

Requirements
- At least four years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Food-manufacturing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in Industrial Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred
- Prior lead or supervisory experience required
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing equipment, maintenance practices, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, train, motivate, and hold team members accountable
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to effectively diagnose equipment issues and coordinate repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, and ability to learn Company systems
- Ability to work effectively across departments and with employees, contractors, vendors, and management
