Job Description
Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide excellent customer support and help customers resolve issues with their products. The role involves both technical troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration. This is an internal team position within the Elite team, responsible for exceptional support and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Technical Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of REST API, SSL/TLS, IPv4, JSON, LDAP, Proxies
  • Experience with Linux administration
  • DevOps experience (Docker, Scripting, Kubernetes)
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
